Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. We sure do wish we could be home to see you all, hopefully next year we will be able to make it work. Keegan has a half day of work today, Wednesday - we just met for lunch at one of my favorite Pizza places here, Minsky's. I have a few more hours of work left and then have to have a permanent crown put on this afternoon. Hopefully it isn't too painful so I can enjoy Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow.
The weather is absolutely beautiful here - almost as nice as North Carolina. In the mid 50's today through Friday. And SUNNY :-)
Keegan was headed home to do some yard work with the dogs help! We'll see how that goes. Then tonight we are going to be hanging out with our friends Anne & Tim and the dogs. Tomorrow we plan to take the dogs for a nice LONG hike in the morning. Then off to the kitchen to make stuffing and pumpkin bread. We will be going to our friends Dave & Benno for the Thanksgiving feast. And then off to the Lighting of the Plaza in KC, MO in the evening. Friday morning will be an early awakening to hit the stores for some Christmas shopping then I have to work on Friday :-( That is all for now. Enjoy your Turkey Day and know that we miss you all!
