Keegan's family visits KC for Labor Day

So, we are going to try something new! This seems like a cool and fun way to keep everyone updated and in touch. We will see how it goes. The first entry I will report on is the recent visit of The Dodson and Newberry family over Labor Day weekend. It sure went by fast as we kept very busy, but I think everyone had a GREAT time - I know that I did. We had the record number of people stay at our house (GiGi, Kenny, Connie, Corey, Terry, Kaylee, Cameron, Kyler, Karista, Keegan, Joy and 2 dogs!)

Saturday morning we went to the Liberty Cornmaze (see pictures to the left if I can get to work.) http://www.libertycornmaze.com/ We also did some swimming on Saturday at our Neighborhood pool. Saturday evening we played some backyard games and ordered Pizza. And the kids all got to take bubbling baths in our jacuzzi tub.

Sunday started with a big breakfast to fill the tummies and then we headed off to "Legends," which is an outlet mall, where we visited T-Rex Restaurant (Keegan's favorite place in the whole world) and the kids Built a Dino. Then it was off to Dave and Busters for some MAJOR video game playing. It was way past lunch time but not yet supper time so we had some "lupper" instead at Chef Burger down in the KC Power and Light District.

After packing everything up Monday, we made a short stop at City Market downtown and that was the weekend! Jam Packed but full of fun!!! Thanks everyone for coming to visit.
