By now most of you know about the new addition to our family, Miss Daisy. We adopted Daisy August 19, 2008 after she had been rescued from the side of the road a few months ago. The first weekend that we had her we made 1 visit to our vet and 2 visits to the Emergency Vet. Turns out that she has heartworm..... BUT with some medicine should be just fine. All we have to do is keep her inactive for a few weeks (That should be lots of fun since Cooper thinks he has a new play buddy!)

Meet Miss Daisy!
