I could not feel more blessed this Christmas to have 2 beautiful, healthy, happy boys AND an amazing husband to share the memories with. We went back home to the good old QC for 10 days and had a lot of relaxing and down time at Gma and Gpas house, but also visited friends and family too. Lance was really into Christmas this year. He talked about "Seenta" and "Prosty" and "Dudolph, the red nose reindeer" And was very excited about opening his MANY presents.
He was also very concerned about where Chase was and gave LOTS of hugs and kisses as usual. He is such a sweet boy. Here he is opening his very first stocking stuffer.
And he must have been good this year, he got the Dyson vacuum cleaner he asked for and was SOOOO excited!
This was Christmas Eve. he was checking out all of Gmas ornaments, looking for a reindeer.
My sweet little ELF#2 - dressed just like his Daddy was dressed the first Christmas I knew him.... 16 years ago!
And my sweet baby Chase! With a little smile on Christmas Eve.
Lance wanted to help let the dogs outside.... we were really hoping for some snow. He is excited to build a snowman.
On Christmas Eve we found Lance at the snack table, not putting Chex Mix on a plate, but spooning it in his mouth!
The Newberry Cousins
His new best friend Liam... Yes, I take tons of pictures and only managed to get one of the two of them from behind! Lance and Liam just loved playing together. And wanted to have a little sleepover party too. They were reading books and playing with stuffed animals when it was time for bed. Wish we lived closer so they could play together more often.
Grammy stopped over to say Hi! Lance was really into reading this new "Gold Bug" book. It was a look and find book for a little tiny gold bug on each page and he was REALLY into it. And had an AMAZING memory. After only reading it once, he remembered JUST where that little bug was.
Lance wanted to sit in a bumbo too!
A new Gant Family tradition.... Bowling!!! What a SUPER fun night! Dinner at Johnny's, Drinking from Da Boot, and Bowling in the VIP ally.
The GANT clan.
Lance decorating cookies. He ate one bite of cookie and about 20 spoonfuls of frosting. And he actually took a long nap that day! LOL
We enjoyed taking Lance to the museum, Monkey Joes - the jump jump park, and to the mall for a train ride!!! After the first train ride, Lance enjoyed it SO much that he woke up from naps and in the morning talking about the train and the conductor, so we had to go back for another ride!
When we got home from school today, Lance wanted to know "where Rismas tree go?" Keegan had taken down the tree. Lance was pretty bummed!!! It's going to be a LONG year waiting for Christmas and Seenta again.
