After Grandpa and Grandpa left, we ventured out on our first family outing, just the 4 of us! Although the goal was to pick pumpkins, Lance was more interested in all of the other activities at the farm we went to - so we will leave the pumpkin picking for another weekend!

And Chase cooperating for a picture with Dad - just wait - 2 years and I'm sure he won't be as cooperative - LOL!

I think he would have spent the entire day looking at the cow and pigs - he just loves farm animals!
And on our way home, we spotted a parking lot with LOTS of school buses and some open doors. Lance is still very much in love with School Buses so we stopped to let him get on and check it out and he even got to "drive" the school bus. What a fun day for Lance! 
And we even made a stop at the grocery store for the 1st time with both boys - brave Mom and Dad! It was a VERY successful first family outing! Although there wasn't too much room for groceries with both boys in the cart!
