More great weather for another enjoyable weekend. We decided to use our zoo pass this morning and enjoy the weather. Lance is at such a fun age right now - so curious and focused on learning new things. He just loved watching the sea lion show from Dad's shoulders! And was really intrigued by the Polar Bear exhibit this time too. Made all sorts of noises and Ooohhhs and Aaahhhhs. So much fun :-)
He is still VERY into the meerkats. Just loves to watch them move around quickly as they get real close to the glass. He is all smiles and giggles at this exhibit.
He wasn't so sure about the llama. And the llama wasn't too sure about him either. Lance wanted to pet his face and the lady instructed us to only pet it's neck.
And Lance's MOST favorite part of the zoo visit today, the carousel. He is so interested and excited in the carousel at the mall and couldn't take his eyes off the carousel at the zoo. Dad was nice and let him take his 1st ride :-) I am sure this is the first of many more to come. He had so much fun.
