Keegan's parents and nieces and nephews came down for a surprise visit the first weekend in August. It was nice to set some projects aside and just relax and have fun with family for a change.
The visit went by very quickly (as they all seem to anymore) but I think everyone had a nice time. The kids really enjoyed swimming at the neighborhood pool Friday night. Saturday we made our first stop at my work where the kids got to take a couple of rides down the slide and play some dodge ball. Then we took a visit down to the Hallmark crown center where we ate at Fritz's restaurant for lunch and then the boys got soaked in the fountains ........ Kenny helped Keegan get started on staining the deck. Then the boys went to a baseball game and the girls went to see The Wizard Of Oz in an outdoor theater. Sunday morning we woke up and had Ice Cream Sundays for Kyler's birthday - and that was the weekend!
