34 week Sonogram

At our 34 week check up we were lucky enough to get another sonogram! (To make sure the baby isn't still breach) Even though the Dr. was pretty confident that it isn't. So the pics below aren't as clear as some in the past - as it gets bigger it's more difficult to zoom out :-)

Baby D weighed in, according to the sonogram technician, at 5 lbs. 7 ounces. So she said with another 6 weeks to go we are looking at an 8 1/2 to 9 lb baby..... eeks. Baby is head down, in the right position for delivery. He/she has SUPER chubby chipmunk cheeks and lots of hair according to the sonogram pics too! It was so fun to get to see the baby again as we get closer and more excited for the big day!

I am still feeling pretty darn good - no complaints. My bathroom visits at nighttime have increased to 2 to 3 times per night, which I guess is preparing me for the baby..... I am starting to get just a bit more uncomfortable and moving around is finally starting to get a bit more difficult as well. Tums have also been placed on my nightstand since a little heartburn and indigestion have kicked in. Nothing major or too unbearable - just the 3rd trimester usual!

Little sis Elizabeth will be visiting next weekend and we hope to get the baby room all organized and finished up with art work. Once complete, I'll be sure to post the final pictures.

Our friends Dave and Benno came over and painted our lower living room for us this past weekend (they said the baby also needed a "fresh" living room to come home to! ) Carpet will be coming in the next couple of weeks.
