Random - Weekend Fun!

We had an enjoyable , LONG, Memorial Day Weekend. Spent some quality family time together - just the 5 of us :-) can't forget the dogs. Keegan and neighbor Jerry got their smokers out and smoked some ribs and pork..... ALL day long. From 10am until 7pm. We hung out in the shade with Lance and had a great time. We took some long stroller walks, bike rides, and took our first trip to the neighborhood pool. Life is GREAT and we are so blessed!

I got some alone time on Saturday - got a hair cut, (much needed after 7 long months) pedicure, and did some swimsuit shopping (ICK) ALL by myself while Lance decided to take a 2 1/2 hour nap for Dad. And then Dad got some "alone" time today, Monday, out on the golf course (ok, so not alone, but relax time anyway...) While Lance took a 40 minute nap for Mom :-) hmm...

When we got back to the house, I got the hose out to water the flowers and put some water in his stroller tray and he had a BLAST splashing and trying to drink it like the dogs - LOL!

Dad working with Lance on his standing and walking. Although he looks happy here, he really wants NOTHING to do with it and gets frustrated very easily. We had more bubbles than usual tonight in the tub and Lance was trying to eat them. He kept dipping his face in the water trying to eat them. Pretty funny - Dad had to retrieve the camera for Mom to capture this moment!
