Keegan to Germany

Some cathedral or church.
A castle up on the hill, being renovated and it was raining, so that was as close as we made it.
A street lined with shops.
Heidelberg.
A Lanz Bulldog. Lanz was a German tractor manufacturer that Deere acquired to begin production within Germany.
The display floor in the forum.
It's a deer(e)!!!

This is the John Deere Forum. I would equate it to the Pavilion in Moline. Our meetings were held in the Forum.

Between the John Deere Forum (half a block to the left) and the hotel (half a block to the right) is a construction site, not sure what the are building, but it will block this view of the John Deere factory. That tower is part of the factory...looks like some tower for prison guards to me.

Makes sense...go all the way to Germany to get fish & chips at an Irish pub...Murphy's Law.

Keegan had the opportunity to go to Germany for a week for work. Below are a few pics he took...... since he was mostly working, there wasn't much time for site seeing. I think there are more to share, but they must be saved on his computer, so this is it for now. John Deere in Germany of course.... through a window :-)

A bar/restaurant!
